This is not a formal invitation. Upon completion of the accreditation process, we would issue a formal invitation to you for confirming your attendance.
Please complete the Registration Form and submit the same together with your photograph (photograph requirements are annexed to the Registration Form).
By completing and returning the Registration Form, you confirm your consent to provide your personal data for the purposes as set out in the Personal Information Collection Statement.
All guests are required to complete and return the Registration Form with all the requested information before they could attend the Event. Such information includes certain personal data about you, for example, name, contact information, details of identity document, photo, etc.
Those data are collected by the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority and Hong Kong Palace Museum Limited for security purposes and for the purposes of managing and organizing the Event.
The collected data will be provided to and processed by the Hong Kong Police for accreditation and security purposes as requested for the Event. The collected data will also be provided to our third-party service providers (including cloud service providers and event agents) for the purposes as stated above. We will not use or share the collected data for any other purposes unless otherwise required or permitted by law.
